We take pride in providing high-quality hair products. Due to the nature of our items and for health and sanitation reasons, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds under any circumstance once the order is placed.
Order Accuracy
Customers are responsible for reviewing their order before checkout. Please verify product type, length, texture, and shipping information before submitting payment.
Order Changes & Cancellations
If you need to update or cancel an order, please contact us immediately at our customer support email. Requests made after processing has begun (usually within 1–2 business days) cannot be accommodated.
Defective or Incorrect Items
In the rare event that you receive the wrong item or a defective product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos/video. We will review the issue and provide a resolution if applicable.
